Our work spaces are equipped to handle both sheet and solid wood products using modern machinery capable of producing high quality products. We have over 15 woodwork factories offering 700 prisoner workplaces.

Our products include:

  • Solid wood furniture: tables, headboards, coffee tables and dining tables
  • Dog kennels, garden sheds, bird boxes, dog kennels and stables
  • Wooden Fire Doors – with 30 minutes of fire resistance
  • Garden furniture including chairs, benches, tables

We manufacture and refurbish wood products offering a range of services which include:

  • Machining
    • wood cutting
    • moulding
    • edge banding
    • turning, sanding
    • spray finishing
  • Joinery

We can also work on bespoke designs for your business.

Working closely with ONE3ONE Solutions, the Whirlowdale Group out-sources part of its pallet production to HMP Sudbury. We find this an important addition to our business and it represents a genuine and highly productive.
